Life long musician and creative thinker, played in bands for 30 years, I was 24 working at Alesis when thier ADAT recorder started the digital recording revolution and the ability of common Musicians record and produce their own finished product. Its evolved light years since then to the DAW based home studio. There is still a core of different technologies you need but the field of choice is ripe and we now have the ability of reaching a global audience on our own, by our selves, completely independent and free from the top down traditional music industry. Hoorah!
grandmother gave me a guitar in fourth grade , i never let it go, never put it down and it (bass and guitar) became the way I have defined myself. I cant imagine my life not being a struggling inspired musician and the journey it has created in my life.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
King's X, Iron Maiden, Joe Satriani, Infectious Grooves, Victor Wooten, Robert Trujilllo,
Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Stu Hamm, far too many more to ever list in one place
What equipment Dont I use would be easier answered but I play SCHECTER, B.C.RICH, Washburn, ALVAREZ, and numerous others over the years, I like to modify, build and do all my own work, Creative configuations of outboard gear in direct recording experimentation and learning about sound and the science of its recording.
LOL, i signed up here 7 years ago and never got around to really managing or doing anything much with it, concentration on other sites and opportunities but now looking into exploiting this channel for all its worth....Never stop being inspired and be buried with your favorite instrument , take it with you literally......
